Strategic Plan
The International School of Lausanne has provided a
sound education to its students for more than forty years. In 2003, with a
new phase in its history just two years away and a school evolving quickly,
it seemed appropriate to undertake a comprehensive analysis of ISL and to
plan for the future in our new School. Each year, since then, we have updated
our strategic plan in the light of our achievements and our aims for the
future.
The secret of success in any “business” is said to rest
on four key points:

culture based on aiming high

structure that is flexible and responsive
· Strategies
that are clear and focused
· Smooth
execution of the strategies
