Directions by public transport

The Lausanne public transports can easily take you to the School - buses run every 10 minutes - as we are located just behind the terminus of bus 22 “Clochatte”.

The Swiss transport company SBB has an online timetable tool on their website that can help you find the easiest way to come to ISL. Simply enter your address or bus/train stop in the From: field and "Lausanne, Clochatte" in the To: field.

Please use the Google tools in the map above to find the best directions. Attention, if you use a GPS please put in “Clochatte 14” in Lausanne or you will be guided the wrong way.

A SPECIAL APPEAL TO PARENTS - from LE MONT MUNICIPALITY

Dear understanding Parents,

As a reminder, please avoid using Route de Sauvabelin when driving to ISL especially at drop off and pick up time. The children from the public primary school there have had some close encounters with fast moving traffic. While it may be a different route for some as well as slow moving at times, Route des Martines or Route de la Clochatte provide an alternative. I am sure you will agree that is important to put the the safety of all children first. We would not want to have fast moving traffic moving past our school and compromising the safety of our children. If at all possible, would you please not use Route de Sauvabelin.

From Lausanne train station to the School, you should count between 15 to 30 minutes (depending on the traffic) with an average cost of CHF 25.
