Libraries
The ISL Students will find all news and information from the ISL librarians on our online library.
Library Mission Statement
The mission of the ISL Library is to provide an appreciation of literature and a love of reading and learning. The library aims to provide a learning environment that includes access to current, adequate and appropriate resources and to support students and staff in becoming effective users of these resources.
Every summer we provide our Secondary School students with reading lists.

Primary School and Early Childhood Libraries
The Primary School and Early Childhood Libraries are available as a resource for students and staff. Weekly visits to the libraries are provided to all students in the Primary School. Teachers may also arrange for additional whole class or small group visits as needed.
There are over 12,000 items in the Primary School and Early Childhood Libraries which support the curriculum at all grade levels and opportunities to explore individual interests in both fiction and non-fiction. In addition, there are two computer workstations available for additional research.
Secondary School Library
The Secondary School Library is dedicated to supporting and enhancing the curriculum in the Secondary School. The physical print collection includes access to 22,000 volumes, Weblinks with over 7,000 websites and magazine subscriptions. The library staff provides help and guidance to student and staff in all aspects of the library and its services. The networked library contains computers for research work. The large common area, as well as a smaller study room, provides space for both silent study or reading and quiet group work.
