General conditions

The Transport Service is provided by professional carriers who are selected by ISL according to the following criteria:

• vehicles meet high security standards, including seat belts and evacuation system
• drivers are subjected to strict CRB (Criminal Records Check) before they are allowed to drive for ISL
• drivers accept responsibility for the students during transportation
• companies are competitively priced, flexible, and customer service oriented

The school shall make every effort to provide an efficient, competitive and secure service at all times. However, to the extent permitted by law, ISL shall be limited in its responsibility for the selection of the transport carriers. The school shall not be liable, in particular, when a bus arrives late, does not run or does not serve a given stop.

ISL reserves the right to modify terms and conditions of the Transport Service before the start of any term, with due notification.
