Monday 10 October | 09:00-11:00 | NP308 – Exhibition Room

Please join Jill Weaver (Primary School Assistant Principal – Well-being), Carlos Silva (Primary School Counsellor), and Caroline Araneta (Secondary School Well-being teacher) for a parent workshop on emotional regulation.

At this workshop, we will discuss the impact of building emotional intelligence skills in children across social, emotional and academic domains. Participants will build a toolbox of strategies, games, books, and resources to use immediately. Our conversation will also cover ways to help parents support their children at home, with a follow up session with Laura Miñano (Yoga and Mindfulness teacher), where we will discuss further ways to create wrap-around support for your children’s regulation and emotional needs.

No need to register for this event, you can simply sign-in at the reception before going to the Exhibition Room.
