Alumni Parent

Our two sons have been students at ISL for ten years and graduated respectively in 2017 and 2018. They have been very happy throughout their school career and made friends for life, both amongst students and staff. Even now at University in the UK, they have stayed in contact with some of their ISL teachers by mail and come back regularly to visit.
ISL provided a stimulating and supportive environment where they felt respected and safe. It encouraged them to explore their boundaries, to find out who they are, who they want to be, what their main interests are, and where their strengths and weaknesses lie. It allowed them to make mistakes and learn from them.
As a parent I have the feeling that ISL prepared them well, not in the least academically but also as a person for their further studies and lives. I appreciate enormously how school always seemed to look for improvement while safeguarding their strong values of respect and honesty. It felt as a strong and very approachable partner in bringing up my children.
I am very proud to say that they grew up to become kind, considerate, curious, determined, open-minded, and all-rounded young men.
