Curriculum Advancements

Last academic year, ISL worked on advancements on the academic curriculum. These updates can now be accessed on the school website.

Plastic-free

ISL will become single-use plastic free from 2020-2021. This is a significant step for us; like many organisations single-use plastics are widespread. However, we will work progressively towards this over the coming months.

Basketball Team

The Senior Girls basketball team won the SGIS Category A national championship for the first time in ISL’s history. The girls scored over 250 points in five games.

New Identity

Society and the world of education have changed and so has ISL. Last year, ISL revealed its new visual identity, custom font, new website and overall new look.

Yvonne Secker

We would like to wish Yvonne Secker, who was at ISL from 1999 till 2020, all the best as she begins her retirement. Yvonne was instrumental in the evolution of ISL and supported hundreds of students as the first IB Diploma Programme Coordinator.
