Making a few easy changes can reduce plastic pollution and make a more sustainable lifestyle.
Why it matters
One reusable item can replace many disposable ones
Single-use plastic takes lots of energy and resources to produce
Small changes add up over time if you keep doing them every day
Simple changes you can do
Drink from a reusable water bottle
Use reusable bags instead of plastic ones
Put food in reusable lunch boxes and containers instead of using plastic wrap

You can also pass on items you no longer use through Ricardo, Anibis, Facebook marketplace, and Vinted.
A small change in how we shop can reduce our environmental impact over the holidays 🎄
