Real-time bus secure tracking service

Dear Parents,

Dear Guardians,

We are pleased to announce the launch of a real-time bus secure tracking service to enhance the safety and convenience of student transportation. The App will be live from 2 March 2026.

This new application will enable parents of bus riders to:

• Access their child’s bus schedule
• Receive notifications when their child boards and disembarks the bus

• Track the bus location in real time

• Obtain important notifications from the school, such as bus delays

• Notify the school and driver in advance if their child will not be taking the bus
  
  

To provide this service, ISL has partnered with Together School, a specialised platform for school transportation management.

Data Protection and Privacy

Only strictly necessary personal data will be securely shared with Together School to facilitate this service, including:

• Student names and identification numbers
• Emergency contact information
• Transportation details (bus routes, boarding and alighting records)
• Parent contact details for notification purposes

Together School operates solely as a data processor under ISL’s instructions and manages all data in strict compliance with Swiss data protection regulations. The information shared will be used exclusively to ensure safe and efficient transportation services.

We trust that this new system will improve communication and provide greater peace of mind for families regarding school transport. Bus riders will receive a separate communication with all the login instructions.
