Following valuable feedback from students, we are exploring a new approach to Competitive Sports Kits for next school year.
Currently, team kits are loaned out for each season. While this system has worked in many ways, it can sometimes lead to challenges with sizing, fit, and the overall condition of uniforms as they are used across multiple teams and seasons. We want all students to feel comfortable, confident, and proud when representing ISL in competition.
As part of this process, students are keen to be involved in researching and helping design future kits. This includes considering how our teams present themselves alongside other schools, while continuing to strengthen school identity and pride.
One option we are strongly considering is moving towards students purchasing their own competitive sports kit for their chosen sport/s. This would allow students to have a properly fitted uniform that they could keep and use over several years of participation.
