Photos and communication during trips

A reminder about photos and communication during secondary school experiential learning trips

As shared with all families in June 2026, due to photo permissions and data protection laws, we cannot share photos with families during the upcoming Year 7 to Year 13 trips. These will be available after the trips once we have processed them, ensuring the removal of students without photo permission.

We will share an arrival email with families on the first day, and share any changes to arrival times with families on return, if necessary. We will not provide a daily update to ensure trip leaders remain dedicated to student care. We recognise this is a departure from previous years. We ask for your trust, and we will of course continue to contact home should any issues arise throughout the week.
